我拿到了一年多次往返，每次最多停留三个月的456签证，有何用处么？

机票定好了是十月十九日出发二十日到悉尼，十一月二日回中国。
上次签过一次456，是用因公护照，签出了停留一个月的单次。

这回用因私护照居然签出一年多次往返每次停留三个月的456。

请问，我拿了这个签证能否在澳洲注册公司并开始进行经营活动呢？ 一年以后能否续签或者转其他类别的签证？

麻烦有经验的兄弟姐妹进来给小弟支支招， 谢谢。

456 Business (Short Stay) Visa

The 456 Business Visa is temporary visa that allows business people to make a short business visit to Australia for up to three months. Applicants on this visa typically attend conferences, negotiation or for exploratory business visits and sponsorship is not required.
Specifically on this visa you are allowed to:
* attend to business activities in Australia
* undertake limited work, if for example it is highly specialised and non-ongoing
* enter Australia any number of times during the validity period of the visa
* stay in Australia for up to three months from the date of each entry
* bring your spouse or dependent children to Australia.

There are strict eligibility criteria for this visa and the include:
Personal attributes and business background must be relevant to your business activities in Australia.
Explanation of the reason for your visit along with supporting evidence.
Having sufficient funds to support yourself and your family during your stay in Australia.
