Airline Reservations and Ticketing Agent
Air China, the official flag carrier of the People’s Republic of China, and Star Alliance member, is seeking an experienced reservations and ticketing agent to join our expanding team based in Sydney.
The successful candidate should possess the following requirements:
>Previous airline industry experience
> Fares & ticketing I & II
> Reservations / CRS experiences:
Literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel. Powerpoint)
> Excellent communication & customer service skills
> Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
> Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
> Mandarin language skills an advantage (but not essential)
