这个表单查询你的申请的进度,不过没分VO之前可能都是例行公事的答复

我刚刚发空白信到上面地址收到的回复
GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION BRISBANE
PROCESSING INFORMATION FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING:
                              9 March 2009

This is an automated e-mail response which provides weekly updated
information on skilled migration applications being processed by General
Skilled Migration, Brisbane.  Please do not reply to this email address.
If you wish to contact us our contact details are below.

GSMB APPLICATION ALLOCATION INFORMATION

On 17 December 2008 the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship announced
changes to the way General Skilled Migration applications will be allocated
and processed.  Details can be found on the DIAC website at:
www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/whats-new.htm#j

As a result of this announcement from 1 January 2009 applications for
General Skilled Migration will be allocated and processed in the following
priority order:

1.  886 Applications with a successful State & Territory Nomination; and
then
2.  885 & 886 Applications where the nominated occupation is on the
Critical Skills List (until all applications have been allocated); then
3.  Applications where the nominated occupation is on the Migration
Occupations in Demand List (until all applications have been allocated);
then
4.  All other remaining applications

The Minister’s announcement does not affect 485, 487 or 887 subclasses.

Please note the dates listed below indicate that the following applications
will be allocated during the coming week.  You may not hear from your case
officer for 10 working days, do not be concerned, your case officer will be
in contact if any further documents are required.  If you do not hear from
your case officer within 10 working days of the dates published below then
please lodge an online enquiry from our webpage at
http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/visa-enquiries/professionals.htm

Are you an Accountant (with IELTS 7s) or a Computing Professional with
Specialisation?

If you are an Accountant with IELTS 7s, or a Computing Professional with a
Specialisation recognised by the Australian Computing Society we’d like to
hear from you to ensure we don’t miss your application in the weekly
allocations.

Once you have provided all the documents required for a case officer to
make a decision, and if your application has not yet been allocated, please
send an email to the following email address and ensure you quote your TRN
and Occupation in the email subject line -
Brisbane.GSM.Documents@immi.gov.au

Have you nominated a Trade Occupation (i.e. is your skills assessment from
Trades Recognition Australia)?

In an attempt to strengthen the integrity of the General Skilled Migration
Onshore visa categories, the Department is increasing the level of
verification of documents received from applicants for GSM Onshore Graduate
visas.

As a result of this increased verification there may be some delays in
finalising applications, in particular applicants who have nominated
occupations in the ASCO 4000 series i.e. trade occupations.

Your patience whilst we investigate allegations of fraud is appreciated.

How can you assist us?
Please provide all documents submitted to Trades Recognition Australia as
part of the skills assessment process.  Your case officer, when assessing
your application, must be satisfied that the following regulation, found in
each subclass is met.

No evidence has become available since the time of application that the
information given or used:…………………………….
(d)      to obtain the skills assessment……………
was false or misleading in a material particular.

Did you know it’s an offence under the Migration Act to provide false or
misleading documents?

Section 234 - False papers etc.

entry or immigration clearance, of a non-citizen (including that person

(a)  present, or cause to be presented, to an officer or a person
exercising powers or performing functions under this Act a document which
is forged or false;

or performing functions under this Act a statement that, to the person's
knowledge, is false or misleading in a material particular; or

exercising powers or performing functions under this Act, or otherwise
furnish, or cause to be furnished for official purposes of the
Commonwealth, a document containing a statement or information that is
false or misleading in a material particular.
