诸位好！

我们一家三口计划在2012年1月初长登ADL.由于小孩上学需要有固定住址，现希望能提前确定租房事宜（要求签署正式租约，可以长租），若有信息的朋友们烦请告知一二，谢谢！

The landlord is very nice who is my current project manager.
