请教关于工作签证

今天在招聘网站看到perth有两个很对口的职位招聘，不知道申请工作签证需要什么条件？<br>

是否澳洲雇主为了省事一般不会为境外人士向政府申请工作签证？<br>
<br>
另，个人持工作签证在澳逗留的经历是否有助于以后入籍申请呢？<br>
<br>
又，我google了一下，发现澳洲3年工作签证，又称495签证，是只能在偏远地区使用的，这样我岂不是无法通过工作签证在perth，悉尼，墨尔本等城市就业？<br>

Please seperate two different types of visas:<br>
1. working visa<br>
2. employer-nomination-scheme visa<br>
<br>
The former is NOT resident visa, it is just a visa to allow you to work for a given employer, you cannot change your employer.. so you don't need to pass the skill assessment because you will NOT be holding Permenant Resident visa.<br>
<br>
The latter is a PR visa with the employer sponsorship.. You have to pass the skill assessment for it unless your employer is the recognized university (with the ASCO code) in Australia or CSIRO (don't know why CSIRO is on the list though)...
