[求助]请问读人力资源管理的在澳洲好找工作吗?

'try-their-guts-out'--means what?

I started my Master of Commerce with Human Resources Management, then I find the major part of HR Mgmt is focused on Industrial Relations. <br>
you must be thinking 'what the ... is Industrial Relations.' basically, the union stuff.<br>
It involves a lot of reading, researching and writing. <br>
I changed my major to accounting in the second semester. <br>
I don't know whether 在澳洲好找工作. but I guess since these roles involve a lot of communication, both oral and written, non-native-speakers do not have any advantage. <br>
However, I read once a girl managed to get a position and it is well paid. but she is one of those 'try-their-guts-out' people. <br>
so if there is a will, there is a way. cliche sometimes do have its space.
