标题: 关于就业合同条款的问题
中介发过来的就业合同样本中有两个地方搞不懂，请高手指点~

第一个是中止合同条款

Ending This Agreement

The Contractor and [name of agent] may end the agreement by giving each other written

notice or, in the case of [name of agent] if it should so chooses, payment in lieu of notice.

Should [name of agent] decide to terminate the agreement reasons will be given for the

termination of the agreement。

红字地方不懂，而且后面只提到合同中止，中介不会给contractor补偿任何损失。

请问那么如果contractor提前中止合同呢？合同中并没有规定任何义务条款，是不是意味着只需要提前2周提前通知就行了。

另外在后来的限制条款中，有如下条款不知道是否合理：

Restraints

The Contractor will not, directly or via any third party, work for the Client or

any of the Clients’ subsidiaries, partners or affiliates for a period of twelve

(12) months after the cessation of this agreement, without prior consent from

[name of agent]. Should, within 12 months from the cessation of this agreement, the

Contractor enter into a contract with the Client the Contractor acknowledges

that [name of agent] will suffer loss and damage. [name of agent] will advise the Contractor of the

amount of such losses

10.2

The Contractor will not negotiate directly with the Client with regards to

contract rates or permanent employment without prior consent from [name of agent].

The Contractor must present a copy of the signed employment agreement to

[name of agent] prior to commencing any permanent employment with the Client.

我的理解是，任何与雇主公司直接的后续合同或者转成Permanent工都必须先通过中介，否则就算违约，得承担中介的损失。

感觉有些不公平，这算是合理条款吗？

我就当Agent是TITIAN好了：
如果TITIAN选择（提前中止），也可以支付对应报酬，（当然）就不用提前通知了。
[下面的在我看来是套话]如果TITIAN决定中止合约，将给出（支持的）理由。

有关限制条款是不是公平，具体的国情我也不懂，还请懂的TX给点意见。
