标题: QBE的CTP报价是怎么计算的？
先是在RTA网提供的CTP价格比较中，通过输入信心，筛选出QBE的CTP最便宜，一年360
然后到QBE网站进一步quote，还是360，含GST和MCIS，具体如下：

Total Amount Payable
$360.00 * (Includes GST and MCIS Levies)

随后点击“付款”链接，这是要求输入信息多了些，但于之前输入的并无冲突和不同，但最后价格变为521了，如下：

QBE CTP Green Slip Premium348.50
GST34.85
MCIS Levies137.65
Total Amount Payable: $521.00

是不是因为我持有的是海外驾照的原因、驾驶记录未当做0事故处理的？

之前应该有一个选项问你Are you eligible for MCIS 啥啥的，要选no

写了封信给QBE，答曰：
In regards to the CTP Quote AO-3526XXX-CTP when you are being quoted $360.00. This is taking into consideration that you have not lost any demerit points on your current NSW Drivers License. If the premium for your CTP insurance increases to $521.00 after entering your License information means you have lost some demerit points on your License within the last 40 months.

看了，我持有的海外驾照，默认驾驶记录是有污点的。
后来去了GIO，355刀搞定GTP
