Systems Admin/Engineer Opportunity - Leading finance company

...... an opportunitywith a leading finance house who are looking for a Linux System Administrator / Engineer to work in a permanent opportunity. They are looking for someone with the following skills. Not all the skills are mandatory but the more the better.

Below are some requirements for the position of Systems Engineer. Not all are essential and I have included some networking skills with a view to cross-skilling all members of the team in both Systems and Networks.

•          Great motivation, drive and discipline. Able to work on support and implementations at nights and weekends.
•          Good communication and documentation skills.
•          Linux/Unix Admin Knowledge – Red Hat, HPUX
•          Excellent Knowledge of VMware ESX/ESXi, vSphere
•          Bash Scripting and basic SQL knowledge
•          Experience with SAN environments (EMC Disk Arrays, Brocade FC switches)
•          Experience working in a highly secure IT environment
•          Excellent working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, DHCP
•          Some experience troubleshooting Cisco Switches and Routers would be helpful
•          LDAP (Sun Directory Server)
•          Good Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/2008 servers, Microsoft Active Directory
•          Good Knowledge of PC hardware, re-imaging, configuration and roll out
•          Exceptional Knowledge of Data Centre Operations
•          Good Knowledge of DRP (Disaster Recovery and Planning).
•          VCP, RHCE, MCSE Certified
•          Minimum 5 years industry experience, preferably in the financial payments industry.

In addition to this there is a after-hours on-call allowance of $300p/wk which operates under a weekly roster.

这个职位貌似中介收集信息的，，，等于没有要求，

要求好高啊，
RedHat+HPUX+VMWARE+SQL+SAN+Security(DRP)+AD+Cisco+Sun+Workstation Support

其中涉及
网络、服务器、存储、安全、数据库、linux、unix、PC support、虚拟化... 一网打尽
而且其中尤其有VCP和RHCE的人不会太多的。

恐怕一个system admin不可能同时有那么多function的，有server的权限就不会有网络的权限。

这个职位要么非常牛，要么就是收简历的....

这么多要求的肯定是小公司。salary 大概也不会太高
如果在IBM,这工要分给十个team
