我是4月19号e-logde的175 C#，苦等这么久，终于收到补料信，让我提供这么多东西！！！简直要疯了：
Evidence of employment
Please provide as much of the following additional evidence
for the period of four (4) years before your application date;
Pay slips covering the period of claimed work experience
Bank statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts
Taxation Documents
Health Requirements

Character requirement 【谁能告诉我，这个是什么东西啊？】
● You are also required to provide a certificate of discharge from all military service. Persons
who were exempted from military service should provide a copy of their exemption
certificate.
All persons over age of 16 years must also complete and immediately return a Form 80
- 2 -• Do not use acronyms or abbreviations
• Form 80 must be fully completed showing all activity in every month of every year for the last
10 years
• Dates should be provided in the format mm/yyyy
• Please ensure that there are no gaps in dates for any of the following:
- Full details of all residential addresses. Do not forget to add your current address
- Full details of all employment. If you have been unemployed for any period please write

我在网上log的时候，有个地方填错了，现在要填1023 Notification of incorrect answer(s)，这个是打印出来填完了发邮件给他，还是打印出来，填完了再扫描上传到网上呢？

要你提供未服兵役证啊电话去公证处问问吧
80form 很简单的快点填吧冷门co都要莫名其妙的东西。。。。

注意可能要贝雕哦工作经验met就不会贝雕了好像

工作经验方面，我只是提交了在职证明，和最近3个月的工资单。
他要4年的工资单，难不成我都打印出来，然后盖章再扫描？？？我们公司的人事得疯了。
另外，税单是找谁提供啊？

Because conscription has existed in theory since the establishment of the People's Republic of China, we are unsure if applicants have undertaken military service. If you do not have an exemption certificate, please complete a statutory declaration stating that you have not undertaken any military service.

我的理解是这样的，80表上面好像有个选项是：是否参军还是是否担任政府工作。
也许这个未服兵役的证明就是为了验证那个选项的，如果选yes。。。那也没什么，服过兵役很正常的吧！如果你选no，那么就提交证明！
这个证明在兵役站可以开的吧？还是居委开？还是派出所开？晕啊
那个兵役证不知道扔哪里去了

吓原来form80 不是必需的. 我都是ellis班的, 被要求form80, 1022, 1023 体检和无刑.

今天发了ple问收到无刑和体检没有. 覆了回来说, 可直接电邮到co, 不用经ple, 又上了一课. 郁闷中.

中国应该是人人去服兵役的...但是大学生不用去，就直接开个塑料小本，这个怎么称呼捏？兵役证？

NND，太倒霉了，我被要求提供4年的完税证明和工资单，但是公司现在不能给工资单盖章，不知道直接导出来（PDF和邮件格式）行不行。。。。。。。而且，完税证明也只能提供1年的，08年4月之前的都拿不到。。。。。。。。。。苍天啊！！！！！有没有谁碰到过这种情形，该怎么办啊！！！！！！！！！！

其实公司也是去税务局办，但是据说开不到一年之前的，还在帮我问，上天保佑吧。
