标题: 有谁知道Offshore voluntary disclosure吗？
今天收到海外citiBank的一封信说是ATO要让他的客户（人在澳洲，海外有银行的transaction）做Offshore voluntary disclosure。

我还在使用海外citibank的信用卡和户头（用来做online purhcase 跟 internet banking的），saving的利息每年都不超出2块钱，难道也要做这么多declare吗？

（还有个问题，08危机前在海外有一点投资，unit trust的，到现在连本都捞不回来，这也要报税吗？）
