标题: Mel的白蚁区
看了一个房子的section 32 写着这个municipality是白蚁区，后来在网上查了一下，整个mel没几个干净的。但也不知道为什么这份section32这样写，同区的也不写。

没有这么严重吧， LZ....我看到现在的sec32都没有写白蚁....
有没有白蚁做个building inspection 一下就出来了.........

我不知道为什么我拿到这份有，而且第一次，但是这个指这个区，不是这个房。

白蚁检查应该是另外的，叫做pest inspection

偶原来住的bayside没有。海边虫子就不去了，估计木头太咸吧。

其实要看房子。区是否有白蚂蚁并不太重要。名单上有些区有，隔壁的区就没有，那些在两区交界附近的房子算有还是没有呢。白蚂蚁总不会看着city council界限决定进攻哪家吧。如果你买的房子是纯粹的砖结构，就是下面没有架空的，或者有架空，但立柱是水泥而非木头的话，白蚂蚁是不容易进攻的。我也是听人家说，并不太懂.供你参考吧。
