在财产证明里，SA提到有一份declaration of financial capacity, 最后提到要有证明能力的机构的盖章和签字（就是下图中红框标出的），请问大家都是找什么机构\银行签字的？如何去办？
我估计找自己的银行的话，最多只能按照银行的标准出份格式化的资产证明书，在SA的这个ration of financial capacity表里盖章，银行是不肯的。。。。作者: babytime 时间: 13-10-2009 15:52

这个"Financial Capacity Declaration" 是否必须提交？我看到了

”
但我又接着看到
“
Net Value of property/properties*

*You are not required to submit a formal valuation certificate with your application unless Immigration SA requests one. An estimate of the value of the property/properties after payment of monies owing will be sufficient.
”

也就是说“Net Value of property/properties*”不一定交。
但是"Financial Capacity Declaration" 必须提交咯？
