I have one investment property under my name only. I would like to add my spouse name to the property title. I know that Stamp Duty would be excepted, but how about CGT?

i think you subject to cgt, even you wife pay for the same amount money as the half you paid when you purchase the house, you cannt escape the market value rule, this rule request you must obtain a market value of your house, when the purchaser and seller not deal in the arm length. before go further, please consult your accountant, otherwise you could face penalty if do it in the wrong way

会有CGT吗？CGT is levied when the asset is realized.
可能会有stamp duty。
