这几个区不错，我有几个朋友都在这附近买的房子。MT OMMENEY附近的区都不错，SYNNAMON PARK，Westlakes，RiverSide Hills等等.MT OMMENEY的shoppingcentre刚刚扩建过，这个地方据city大概10-12km左右，开车一般15分钟以内到达作者: bkky 时间: 30-7-2009 15:22
Mount Ommaney houses are too expensive, at least 600k... cant afford
same as west lake and sinnamon park...

离sumner park的工业去还是有一段距离， 不过这几个区好处就是离city近， 大概也就11km直线距离，开车20分钟就到了
原来有在看calamvale那边的房子，都给炒起来了，性价比不高， 而且离city也远很多
