The 2008/09 ACT 'Skills in Demand' List (dated 24 March 2009) ceased to apply on 30 June 2009.
Applications received by this office after 30 June 2009 are being held over and will be assessed against the new 2009/10 ACT 'Skills in Demand' List when it is published in August 2009.
Please note, your nominated occupation may not be on the 2009/10 ACT 'Skills in Demand' List and we will contact the relevant applicants affected.
