请问我想跟WESTPAC借５００K买投资房，我现在的是ROCKET REPAYMENT，我可不可以再要求把现在利率降低，
现在我的利率是５。０１％。

The interest is decided by your bank and you. If you bank agrees to lower your interest, you can.
There problem is "Will the bank agree?"

the annual fee is quite expensive $395.
how do you think if the bank will agree to give me more discount on the rate if i borrow 500k.
