Experience：
Meruka Child Care Centre: 9 days in toddler room
ABC Early Learning Centre Eltham: 10 days in baby’s room and 10 days in kinder’s room
At present casual babysitting 2 children, one is 2 years old and the other is 7 months.

Able to interact with children
Able to identify hazards in the workplace and minimize risk
Able to liaise with staff, children and families
Able to use initiative
Able to assist set up and plan activities/experiences based on children's needs and interests
Able to develop strategies for guiding children’s behavior
Able to recognize and attend to children’s needs and cues
Have a good knowledge of children developmental stages
Very good communication skills
