标题: 感谢TONY兄,885(CSL)递申请后七个工作日获准签(准确地说是3天)!!
太感谢TONY兄和FREEOZ上的各位(一直也在学习大家的经验),

在2.19日递交885(CSL,CIVIL ENGINEERING)之后,于2.29日补全了材料(主要是等体检),然后通过TONY兄的移民绿色通道(注册中介特有，图2这个表就是绿色通道专有的,要求是在TONY递交这张单子之前,所有材料必须补齐.之后就可以享受高速批准的待遇),

于补全材料3天后,也就是今天,3.2得了准签.信还没收到,但是状态上已经显示了.不多说了,上图,大家眼见为实.
大家可以注意看第二个图左下角的日期，可以看到我是2.29日补料完成的。

885(CSL)其实一般进度也需要6个月左右,所以绿色通道真的非常好用(请见11楼),具体信息大家可以联系TONY.

图2那个dicision ready list就是那个绿色通道所需要的文件.

Dear Colleague

We are pleased to announce that GSM Brisbane has expanded the Decision Ready Checklists for complete visa applications.

Checklists are now available for:

Subclass 485
Subclass 487
Subclass 885
Subclass 886
Subclass 887
In order to speed up the processing of visa applications, GSM Brisbane (GSMB) is trialling this system whereby you as the registered migration agent can sign a declaration that you have lodged a complete application, or that you are lodging a complete application.

The following protocol must be adhered to:

•1. This is an MIA initiative and can only be used by registered migration agents.

•2. The application must be absolutely COMPLETE. If any documentation is outstanding do not use this trial scheme.

•3. The decision ready checklist must be completed and a scanned copy sent to GSMB.3. The address for sending in the checklists is the Brisbane Agents mailbox - GSMBrisbane.Agents@immi.gov.au

•4. The email title should read as follows: "MARN No - Decision Ready Checklist Subclass - Occupation - TRN Number (Occupation is now relevant with s499 Direction)"

If Agents do not comply with the above protocols DIAC will contact the State President of the MIA where the Agent operates from and seek assistance in ensuring co-operation with their guidelines, in the interests of providing better service to all our Agents.

Please notify Sharon Harris (MIA QLD / NT State President) or Kevin Lane (MIA Membership & Professional Services Manager) if any issues or problems arise.

看来是Brisbane 那里处理onshore的e-lodgement, 对有资质的代理开的一个通道。没有代理资质的人投的申请不能保证是complete的，所以有这一措。
