这是我的一个回复帖，我想还是把它贴出来让更多的童鞋了解，希望对大家求职有所帮助

Hint 1: Some times you have to call the agent for the positions you interested, they may never get chance to read your resume by email, so you have to call them! Don't be afraid to contact them, there is nothing to loss for calling them...

Hint 2: Don't send your resume twice to an agent, if you want to make sure they recieve your application, call them!

Hint 3: If you hear no reply from the first round application, stop applying any more, start to review your resume and asses your Tech skill, try to match them with the job description, that will help you, otherwise you will always get same result, and in the end, no agent will offer you any chance for interview.

以上只是一些技巧，最主要的还是英语和技术，这两样还是要过硬，剩下就是技巧和运气啦^_^

not necessarily mate, in fact, no one can do that when you first landed this country, but the bottom line is you can understand what they are saying without ask them to repeat it, and you are able to express your opinion just in time, don't let the audience wait too long... I mean in working env... not the daily chat.

, but we always get a bit nervous when it gets to interview, but try you best to show your ability and relax, they jsut try to find a nice guy to work with, nothing more than that...
