open uni can apply for fee-help also.
And you need to pay back the fee-help if your salary is above the criteria.
tuition in UTS is about 1400/per course, but open uni is about 880/per course.
the bridging course sponsored by government is held in TAFE, and not recognised by CPA or CA.
