标题: 买二手车时没有REGO怎么办？
车行买了一辆2000款二手的佳美，12万公里，没有REGO单子（事后才知道这个东西），不知怎样查询车子的REGO到期日，另外前车窗上贴着一个小标签显示到期日是09年5月，这个是什么东西？

车窗上贴的带车牌号的标签上的到期日就是rego的到期日，没从dealer手里买过车，不知道没有rego怎么去把车注册到自己名下？

要到路局去过户一下，在窗口上的rego到期前，路局会将新的rego标签和缴费单寄到你的住处。

是不是过户了，如果车主还不是你，得到RTA去把ownership地址什么的换过来

去RTA办理过过户，拿到一张Certificate of Registration。不过这个单子上有2行小字“This certificate of registration identifies the registered operator of this vehicle, it is not proof of vehicle ownership. The garage or operating address is shown below.”，我怎么感觉这段文字说只是证明我是汽车驾驶者，不是作为汽车拥有者的证明。

The car dealer only issue tax invoice and RTA copy notice of sale. That's enough for you to transfer the vehicle to your name.
