The hours mentioned below is Nicole' speaking hours,donot have any cheating on hours in the class(Such situation"just teaching 1.5hours, then let students practice 1.5hours in the class" may happen in some people's accounting training class,but definitely never occurs in Nicole's training class)
As Nicole' purpose is: in order to let students to learn and understand as many things for each topic as possible within the class as we know the real work has many changes,Nicole sugguests teacher should give students the whole pictures from different aspects for each topic and show many things from real work as possible in the class
1. AP(一般 4-5个小时左右)-4-5 hours speaking in the class
2. Payroll (长达5-6小时)- Around 5 hours speaking in the class
3. AR & Bank Rec (4-5个小时左右)-4-5 hours speaking in the class
4. Financial reports, BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax,Super&Resume and Interview skills(长达5-6小时)-All hours in the final topic are Nicole's speaking hours
老师在每节课后半场讲解"变"的东西---老师从Financial Manager角度来Look Down the Practical Accounting 来讲解会计技巧操作细节的东西 老师会根据她的实践工作中看到的&经历过的&真正需要的,然后围着Financial Reports 在每节课一一讲解其变化.因为事情是千变万化,会计也同样.但是万变不离其宗,所以老师通过讲解不同变化来让学生明白这个"宗"以求达到学生举一反三的目的(这不但要求学生在工作须细心,而且更重要是技能的运用,这才是学生花钱真正来学的东西)
