昨天签的合同, 经过今天的building inspection决定不买了, cooling-off notice应该怎么写呀?

除非你还没签合同，只是缴了诚意金——holding deposit

同志们，法律规定，签了合同后有有5个工作日的cooling date。直接通知你的律师就好了。很多人都是签了合同后不买了。你只是损失房价的0.25%的保证金罢了。

这个适用于楼主的情况~

不过其他要买房的同志们注意，并非所有房屋买卖合同都要有cooling-off period的。。。签合同的时候要看清楚

if you've already got a conveyancer/solicitor, let him or her do it cos' writing a cooling-off notice should be included in the services which you paid for.
Otherwise you can write a notice yourself. No specific format required.
As I remember the cooling-off period is 3 business days for purchasing a property

Here is the body of the letter:
Following the building inspection conducted yesterday afternoon at the above property, I exercise my cooling-off rights to terminate the contract on the property with immediate effect.

building inspection不是在合同之前，offer之后那三天里面做吗？
