标题: Know more about foreigner, feel more plain about foreigner
when i met the first foreigner in 1999 in China, (he is a university student, i think)
i feel the foreigner is always clever and polite. i think they know the world-class knowledge and are very gentle, and then I have much things to learn from them.

And when i grow more old, and have met many foreigners such as the tourists and some foreign workers,
i feel they are odinary man too.
Some of them are not polite, not clever and not gentle.

I think i should have a fairer evaluation on the foreigner and the foreign country.

用过去式， felt, 既然你提到是第一个，那为何用they呢?
i think they know the world class knowledge and be a gentleman, i have much to study from them.
be a gentleman这里接的是哪个主语？ study改成learn比较好， study更倾向于学术上的。
but when i have meet many foreigner such as the tourists and some foreign workers, 用过去分词和复数。
i feel they are odinary man too,
some is unpolite, is un clever and un smart. 用复数，后面几个un词不清楚有没有这样说法。

I think i will have a justice judegement on the foreigner and the foreign country.
西方价值观念里面最忌讳的就是这个judge。 judge是论断的意思，就是给别人打标签，定义别人是某种类型（负面的，贬义）的人。西方人认为只有God才可以judge people. judge要不就是法律里面才可以用的词汇。

  plain 是单音节的形容词，比较级用plainer吧。感觉用the more , the more句型比较好吧。(The more I know...., the plainer i feel about them)

  这里后面的括号没有必要， he was 过去式你还是没有改，还有i thought
i feel the foreigner is always clever and polite. i think they know the world-class knowledge and are very gentle, and then I have much things to learn from them.
  你要说你感觉什么什么事情，最好还是用I'd  thought, 就是“原先以为”的意思，可以同下文的你的感觉改变对应。你既然后面用了复数，这里最好用foreigners.  而后面你继续用i think(had thought)有点词汇的重复，可以改变believe,

old 的比较级不是more old. 后面的and have缺少主语。
i feel they are odinary man too.
  这里ordinary拼写错误. 现在写文章很注重性别的区别的减少，这里最好用persons,.
  当然你认为你碰到过的老外都是男的，那也别用man，至少是men
Some of them are not polite, not clever and not gentle.

I think i should have a fairer evaluation on the foreigner and the foreign country.
   你这里用了evaluation，感觉不大妥当， evaluation有推算价值的意思。我觉得这里简单点可以用view, 或者用attitude，opinion， perspective。具体我也不大清楚。

千万别再说poor了。如果要说自己英语不好，就说My English is not very good. 或者My English sucks.

I'd thought that the foreigners are always clever and polite. I believed they know the world-class knowledge and are very gentle, and then I have much things to learn from them.

And when i grow elder, I have met many foreigners such as tourists and some foreign workers,
now, I feel they are ordinary persons too.
Some of them are not polite, not clever and not gentle.

So I think i have had a fairer view on the foreigner and the foreign country.

先说这句：

大家都没注意到“the first foreigner ”这个表达的问题么？楼主的意思是说自己在生活中第一次遇到外国人，而不是遇到“第一个外国人”（who能告诉我第一个外国人是谁？呵呵）；还有，university 的首字母并不是元音发音，所以用冠词“a”就可以了；读完第一段发现，这第一句话居然只是一个从句，貌似是后面几句话的时间状语，这样语法上很有问题！所以建议改下第一句话的表达
It would be better as the following: It was in 1999 in China that I met the first foreigner in my life, who was a university student..........

elder一般表示“年长的，资格老的或者辈份大的”，older有elder的用法和更多的用法，不过在做表语的时候只能用older，所以根据这里的意思来看，用older就可以了，虽然口语里面也许可以混用，但是相对来说还是这样表达更好

最后一句话最好把最后的两个名词改成复数：
So I think I have had a fairer view on the foreigners and foreign countries.

作为口语表达的话，还有些小地方就不必苛求了

I feel i get some progress after these amendments which make me think more grammar and vocabulary in English expression.
