两个人申请，能一个人先登陆吗？
那以后是否会很麻烦？

Yes, You can as long as your leeter approval doesn't mention that one of the applicants can not arrive Australia alone.

可以，不过必须主申请人先登陆。

还有付申请激活签证的时间也要按规定时间。
