strathfield property rental is always more expensive than ashfield's, cause strathfiels's railway station is the 2nd big station follows central station. every direction train must stop in strathfield and if you take fast train to city (china town) onlty take you 15 min. and there re many shopping and restaurant facilities around strathfield. specially korean shop, coffee shop and chinese seafood restaurant.
ashfield gets many chinese groceries and little take away restaurants there.they re shanghaiese style and the food quality is just soso.
1 bedroom unit in strathfield is around $150-200per week, 2bedroom unit $280-320. the unit interior is not so good ,due to there re strong need from the tennants and the unit owner unnecessary to do the decoration. a good quality 2 bedroom unit or apartment should be $370-420 weekly.
ashfield shopping close about 7pm and strathfield's usually close at 12 midnight.
ashfield is only ashfield. strathfield has itself, and Burwood, Flemington, olympic park, parramatta all around strathfield close.

因为刚去是不可能马上买车的,所以离火车近是很重用的,出去办事,上课,面试.
看了下,好象domain的房子比realestate的要多很多,价格也低点.
租房的价格在250至280以下,都能接受的.
安全第一嘛.

ASHFIELD有很多小偷的。还有你自己要租的话，有点困难。现在悉尼的租房市场很火爆，租价在涨。房屋中介根本不愁租不出去。对于新移民，要和别人竟争有点不占优势。建议先和别人SHARE吧。作者: 游来游去 时间: 9-4-2007 21:08
