Our client, a leading international organisation has a secure and rewarding contract with a leading Network Integrator in Sydney for 2 help desk analysts <br>
<br>
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND ONE OF JAPANESE/KOREAN/MANDARIN.<br>
<br>
Great opportunity to work in a permanent role with a leading Network provider in Sydney providing in house web based application support across the Asia Pacific to a varied user base.<br>
You will be responsible for providing day to day help desk support regarding the application features and functions of current and new sales related applications releases. Working in a team environment, you will also be required to contribute to a growing knowledge database for new and current versions of the sales applications.<br>
<br>
The required skills for this role are:<br>
<br>
- Being a team player with a winning spirit and attitude<br>
- Experience working in a Help Desk environment<br>
- Demonstrated leadership skills<br>
- High level support of a Web Based business application<br>
- High level of customer service skill required<br>
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>
- Ability to learn new applications quickly<br>
- Experience with Sales force support in previous position preferred<br>
- Some programming experience and application development experience preferred<br>
<br>
Required experience<br>
<br>
- At least 2-3 years experience working in a support environment<br>
- Project experience, as a team member and as the project owner <br>
- NT Server, Windows 95 literate<br>
- Proficient on IBM PCs<br>
- Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required. Ability to design and create Excel charts also required.<br>
