I had a lost opportunity to work in HongKong in 1996. After reading this article, I am glad that I did not migrate there.

I think Auckland, New Zealand is far better than Hong Kong for my family. I live in a two level house around 230 square meters area. I guess this kind of house in Hong Kong will cost a fortune and I only paid nzd233,000 in auction and paid off the debt in 8 years.

Now the house government value for rates is around nzd700,000
