family book showing both parents’ names

document issued by a court that verifies the person’s identity

要求里只提到父母名字，看来应该没事，我主要搜了一下出生公证图片，发现都写着父母身份证号，所以上来问问，看来还是有很多是没有的。多谢楼上两位！
