标题: 7元问诊费最打击老人及慢性病患者

据ABC报道，最新研究指出，看病的联合付费制度（GP co-payment）将使得澳人家庭财务状况每况愈下，其中老年人和慢性病患者受到的打击最为沉重。悉尼大学（University of Sydney）的这一研究显示，有两个16岁以下孩子，且家长年纪在25-44岁之间的年轻家庭每年将为此多花184元接受医疗。四分之一2型糖尿病患者每年将多付150元或更多。

包括澳洲消费者健康论坛（Consumers Health Forum）在内的一些组织，原本就担心，在看全科医生以及在进行病理学检测和影像诊断时要求联合付费会阻止弱势群体寻求医疗护理。新公布的这一研究加深了这种忧虑。研究报告的作者之一巴伊拉姆（Clare Bayram）称，联合付费的影响不可能平均分摊，它将特别影响一些需要使用更多医疗服务的人，如老年人或慢性病患者。

悉尼大学的研究基于截止今年3月的前12个月的全国数据，它对全科医生记录的与病人之间的治疗经历进行了连续而随机的调查。研究人员称，2011年的研究发现，将近13%的人因为成本问题，推迟了看全科医生或进行医疗护理的机会。“成本障碍是最弱势群体最常见的问题。”研究人员说。

联邦政府此前提出了联合付费制度，要求病人在看全科医生、进行血液检测和扫描时额外支付7元。这一支付受到了广泛批评，缺乏足够的支持。澳洲医学协会（Australian Medical Association）否决了联合付费制度，不过正与卫生部长杜敦（Peter Dutton）及总理艾伯特（Tony Abbott）开会讨论可能进行的修改。

联合付费成本预计：

——年纪在65岁以上，没有联邦优惠卡（concession cards），不领取退休金的夫妇，每年平均增加244元的支出。
——年纪在65岁以上，拥有优惠卡领取养老金的夫妇，每年平均增加199元的支出。
——2型糖尿病普通患者每年增加120元的支出。

why don't you get private insurance? with my private insurance, I can see either family doctor (GP) or specialists

private insurance doesn't cover it, it only cover hospital cost, dude

holy shit then what's the benefit of having insurance??? My insurance covers medical, medications, vision and dental

if you are seriously sick and need to be in hospital for longer, then it will be useful.
the fucking government try to eliminate medicare and let people buy private insurance.
