Paid Parental Leave cannot be paid with Baby Bonus for the same child. You will need to choose which payment to claim.
Family Tax Benefit Part B and Clean Energy Supplement Part B cannot be paid during the time you and/or your partner are receiving Paid Parental Leave. Family Tax Benefit Part B may continue after all Parental Leave Pay has been made.
Payment of Family Tax Benefit Part A will include the Newborn Supplement for up to 13 weeks for children born or entrusted to your care as part of an adoption process on or after 1st of March 2014 where Parental Leave Pay is not being paid for the child.
