The Q2 2014 Manpower Employment survey has been released and has some interesting data for job seekers. 22% of employers are looking to increase their staffing levels in the next year – the biggest increase since 2010. 65% are planning on maintaining staffing levels as they are. Finance, Insurance and Real Estate look to be the biggest employers (possibly hinting at a recovery in business confidence and therefore business and private lending and property activity?) with Mining and Construction lagging.
