已经很久啦，不完全性撕脱，我也没去手术缝合。日常活动没问题，不敢打球了。

为什么不做个手术呢？拖久了会很麻烦的。

这么长时间，早就疤痕愈合了。完全撕脱是肯定要手术的，我这个算轻度的，估计只有一两束出了问题，本地排队肯定是猴年马月，还指不定要花多少钱，给不给手术，我自己搞点理疗也就完了，有需要就快步走做做有氧运动，打球这么剧烈的活动就留给年轻人了
