标题: 请问 tertiary qualified 是什么意思？
刚来澳洲不久正在找工作，在好多招聘信息里看到 tertiary qualified 不是很明白是什么意思，希望前辈赐教。

就是你有大学的学历:Tertiary 指的是"大学的", 不是说有"post-secondary education":因为某些职业教育机构也是在中学毕业之后如TAFE,但那不能算 tertiary qualified

Tertiary education, also referred to as third stage, third level, and post-secondary education, is the educational level following the completion of a school providing a secondary education. 所以tafe也算的

你说的对,取得TAFE之类的毕业证书该算"tertiary qualified",该我道歉了,没先在网上查查定义.
但据我经验,澳洲招工的人在要求"tertiary qualified"时基本都希望是大学本科毕业,即你有Bachelor(学士)学位以上,TAFE这类的毕业证书不被人重视的

你说的这个也对,但是不能明说,要不就成歧视了
我不能因为你年龄大而不录用你.但是我可以以你的经验多的over qulified来拒绝你,这就是人事说话的技巧了,永远不能让我们有把柄抓到手里
