IT系统管理员岗位职责要求
Knowledge具备知识
Must have excellent technical knowledge in Windows Server 2003/2008R2, MS Exchange 2010, SQL 2005/2008, Active Directory, SharePoint 2010, Symantec's Netbackup and Puredisk, Enterprise Vault, HP Blades, HP SAN Storage and VMware etc.
必须具备在Windows Server 2k3/2008R2, MS Exchange 2010, SQL 2005/2008, Active Directory, SharePoint 2010, Symantec's Netbackup and Puredisk, Enterprise Vault, HP Blades, HP SAN storage and VMware方面的全面的理论基础和相关动手能力。
Working knowledge of Cisco Switching, Microsoft SCCM and SCOM as well as project management such as scope, time and risk management.
具备Cisco Switching, Microsoft SCCM and SCOM方面的知识以及项目管理方面例如项目范围、时间以及风险管理等知识。
Skills 技能要求
Use system management software and tools to investigate problems, collect performance statistics and create reports.
能够运用系统管理的软件和工具诊断问题、收集网络运行资料并创建报告。
Diagnose and troubleshoot to resolve incidents and problems in systems and services.
判断并解决系统事故及问题。
Maintenance and support of development, test and production database, performance tuning and optimization of database.
维护和支持生产，研发，测试数据库的性能调整和优化工作。
Deploy and maintain server infrastructure according to SOE and to ensure stability.
根据SOE配置和维护服务器架构，确保稳定性。
Respond to Level 2/3 Service Desk requests related to systems services.
及时提供响应与系统服务有关的2、3级服务需求。
Maintain processes and procedures in alignment with ITIL practices and PMO governance standards.
根据ITIL和PMO的要求，维护相关的流程和程序。
Prioritise and balance day to day service desk requests with project initiatives.

Undertake System Administration and Security Administration.
负责系统管理和安全管理。
Develop and maintain Storage Management and Backup strategies.

Experience 经验
Extensive (3-4 years) Microsoft Systems Administration, Backup Solution Administration,
Maintenance and Design
在微软系统管理、备份解决方案、维护和设计等方面具备3-4年的经验。
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in associated technologies including Active Directory, SharePoint, IIS, Exchange as well as SAP, VMware, HP SAN and Symantec backup solution.
至少2到3年的相关经验在Active Directory, SharePoint, IIS, Exchange，SAP, VMware, HP SAN 和 Symantec backup solution.
