标题: 如果RRV被拒,在PR有效期内是否还有机会再入境呢?
比如,我老公的PR签证到期日是2012年10月20日.现在他正在中国国内努力办理RRV.如果办不下来或者被拒绝延期的话,他就准备在签证到期前,比如10月1日来澳洲.这样他可能会被拒绝入境吗?谢谢!

不会被拒的，出不去了而已，不过最好时间上留点余地

到期之前随时可以来。问题就是这一次来了之后，必须呆满rrv需要的日期才好出境，否则这个签证就没指望了

以現在的規定，只要這個簽證有激活的話，視情況再給一年或三個月的RRV。

If you do not meet this residence criterion but can demonstrate substantial ties of benefit to Australia you may be eligible to be granted the visa for one year. If you do not meet the requirements of the subclass 155 visa you will be assessed for the Three Month Resident Return visa (subclass 157).
