Duties will include but not limited to:
Process export orders and issue Proforma Invoices or Sales Contract.
Coordinate and prepare shipping documents.
Liaise and place bookings with freight forwarders and follow up shipping schedules.
Communicate with all relevant parties including production, warehouse, purchase, sales and accounts.
Correspond and ongoing liaise with overseas customers for their queries.
General customer service & administrative duties.
Eligible candidate must be able to demonstrate the following requirements:
Sound PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Previous experience in international trade practice or export documentation desirable.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A positive, proactive and "can-do" attitude and approach.
Must have an appropriate Australian work visa.
