但是，这些表上都有这样一句话“Please use a pen, and write neatly in English using BLOCK LETTERS.”

It would be best if you and your wife deferred medical examinations until after the baby is born.

After the baby is born, please provide:

- Baby's Birth Certificate showing names of parents
- Copy of baby's passport bio-page (passport will be required for the baby's medical check-up)
- All applicants to undergo health checks
- Provide police clearances
