买房子了，最后定的是ferndale

最后想了想，还是定了ferndale，不喜欢吵闹的那种，所以买的房子靠近canning 河（150米），安静，快到路尽头了。
知道这个区关注的人少，因为比较小，而且没什么交通设施，学校，医院，购物中心。可这正是我需要的。安静和安全。

位置离河差不多10家左右，100米，走路散步
地快800平方米，有个泳池，价格44万。
感觉ferndale的房子就是有些老。我这房子都30年了，不过只有一个OWNER，老夫妻住了30年，前几年才去世了。

有小孩吗？有的话要考虑读书问题，ferndale没有小学。旁边的lynwood可能更好一些。

ferndale出来就是Riverton forum,图书馆，游泳池等，从lynwood插到albany hwy也就到carousel了，很方便啊。

地理位置和我们情况

走路到westfield GOOGLE说1.4公里。走路17分钟。
主要是我们还没孩子，至少6年内不可能有上学问题。其他的离shopping centre开车都在5分钟内。不算很远的。

I have been told by one of clients that state houses are located everywhere in Perth. The local agent will not tell you as it will affect the value of the house.

You may not find out the exact location even you phone the local council. It is a privacy and discrimination issue.

In Southern, Eastern and some Northern areas, the state houses are much more than western areas due to the land value. Thus the most expensive areas are less like to have more state houses than the cheapest areas.
