Go to a community college and ask if they happen to know any oil painters ( should have plenty of)....
walk on the street, and u'll find lots of street artists..even the painting framing shops
go to art appliance shops and look for brochure and ask ppl

oil painting is time consuming. u might as well ask if they do acrylic painting ...

在city的时候经常看到有人在地上画画，而且就画成想油画的那样，非常的好。要不你去city走走，看到他们请他们帮你画一张，反正一样给钱。
