So we are almost there.

You run while I walk and run as well if possible. We have kind support who could drop off at Kanangra Wall and pick up at Katoomba.

I will carry only water, german black bread and pieces of chocolates. Forget about any beer this time.

Next Sunday July 17, 2011,Wer are going to walk part of Great North Walk at Berowra Valley (from Berowra to Cowan via Berowra Waters) with another bushwalking/hiking Club, which was scheduled two weeks ago.


The place Half could meet us is 30 KM away from the starting point at Kanangra Wall. We need move back (about 3 KM) to K-K track to continue the remaining course.

We could make at your convenience time. And probably some of us will make more than once.

six foot 山地马拉松,去年的纪录好像是3小时20几分:handshake

K-K track is total differnt from 6-Foot-Track withanother different experience.

We may do Six Foot,路熟悉,这次从Explorer Tree出发,跑到Jenolan Caves some time this year before heading to Overland Track of TAS in early January 2012.

There are several flexibility for 6-Foot-Track. Many of us could enjoy different activities such as running, walking, camping and SPFB. But K-K is real track due to limitation of car access.

Peter,如果只有我们两个,不是太好,因为我有适合这个活动的衣服鞋子和包,和徒步不一样,鞋子是低帮的,包是水袋包很轻很小,跑步的紧身裤轻薄保暖又透气。如果你走路的话,我比你快很多。

还有一点,出于安全考虑,每15公里左右设一个接应点,这样除了起点和终点外,还需要两个靠近公路的接应点

In my mail-list there are quite a few who could run 15-30 KM, I will think whehter invite them to join part of tracks.

I could get 低帮的 hiking shoes other than boots if necessery.

There is car assess point at 30 KM about 2-3 KM off main K-K track. We can ask some kindness mates to walk into main track to support us.   

Yes 如果我走路的话,你比我快很多.

I think we will have great chance to achieve soon.
