freeoz组织化工组释疑，青山请补充

我想大家都希望freeoz能够在法律上形成实体，稍微研究了一下NGO，抛砖引玉，希望大家也谈谈看法。

根据NSW fair trading网站，希望在NSW运行实体，需要注册co-operative(公司）或者association(组织)。

co-operative和association哪个更适合freeoz，我想大家可以从定义中得出结论。

Co-operatives are people centred organisations that are owned, controlled and used by their members. A co-operative’s main purpose is to benefit its members.

Associations are formed by groups of people who come together for a variety of reasons, including:

•to share common interests
•to form sporting clubs
•to run professional and industry groups
•social and cultural exchange
•to provide a community benefit.

而只有Incorporated associations，才是可以注册的。

An incorporated association can:

•enter into and enforce contracts, including the ability to hold, acquire and deal with property
•sue or be sued
•continue regardless of changes to membership.

NGO的目标就是Incorporated associations
注册之后可以申请ABN，non-profit orgnization类型的Incorporated association在税收上和co-operative是不同的。
就看了这些，对我来说已经足够了，我实在看不出反对NGO的理由。

目前已经根据规定的16项必要内容，制定出了中文版章程。

需要翻译成英文版并定稿，然后选出PO，秘书长，财务，出纳。然后提交注册。

我觉得要多开些普及帖，外版其实还是有很多人关心这个的。

NGO比较符合freeoz的核心，我想那些捐款人不是为了盈利目的资助论坛的。
在满足特定条件下NGO是可以向政府申请经费帮助华人公益事业的，这也需要非营利这种属性。
反正我觉得这条路是一个正确的方向。

我觉得这句很好，我们因该尊重基本法和以后取而代之的章程，这就是契约社会的体现啊！
