MC妈Step by Step 系列 - Oreo 巧克力芝士蛋糕

这个蛋糕一点儿也不复杂, 比较花时间, 花心思的其实是饼皮的制作. 如果想省时一点, 可以只是铺模具的底部, 而不铺侧面.
直径15cm圆形模具

饼皮:
Oreo 饼乾 (去除夹心) - 150g (约18片饼干)
无盐牛油 (Unsalted Butter) - 90g
芝士面糊:
Cream Cheese (室温放软) - 150g
砂糖 (Caster Sugar) - 60g
可可粉 (Cocoa Powder)- 2大匙
蛋 - 1只
柠檬汁 - 2小匙
Cream 鲜奶油- 100ml
顶层部份:
酸奶油 Sour Cream- 150ml
砂糖 (Caster Sugar) - 2大匙
做法:
1. 把烤箱预热至160度
2. 在模具的底部包上两层的铝纸
3. 把无盐牛油放微波炉, 加热30秒-1分钟至溶化
4. 把Orea 放入保鲜袋, 用木棍或其他工具敲打至细碎, 然後把无盐牛油加入, 混合.

面糊制作非常简单, 把所以材料混合就是了~
记着每加入一样材料, 都要确实拌匀啊~ :good

*此步骤可以去除小颗粒, 至蛋糕口感更嫩滑. 若不是要求太高或嫌麻烦, 可以跳过, 直接把面糊倒入模具就是了.

*顶层的酸奶油制作, 我把原来的方子简化了.
酸奶油+ 砂糖拌匀, 放入微波炉, 加热20-30秒, 再拌匀至砂糖完全溶解, 然後倒在蛋糕上即可.

不复杂啊~我這個蛋糕圈沒有底板的, 我只是包上了錫紙, 冷凍後把錫紙拿掉, 再用刀在蛋糕圈及餅底間劃一圈, 就脫模了 :) 实在是专业
