Beijing air clean enough
Chinese authorities in Beijing say air quality in the city has improved enough to meet Olympic targets. With the Games less than a month away, the city's environmental protection bureau says it will be able to guarantee clean air.
Authorities have reduced pollution by restricting traffic in the city and by relocating factories.
But Beijing remains shrouded in smog, now depending on rain and wind to disperse the pollution it's getting from neighbouring areas. Beijing autorities have recently noticed pupularity and companies to stagger or shorten working hours as drive to cut or reduce the air pullution, also a serious restriction of ban ofheavy triffic entrering will beimplement edfrom 20 of July. But what i most concern iswhat is likely after games?Returen topre-nomal or keep the air clean which is pretended.? 原帖由 喜鹊 于 15-7-2008 16:30 发表 http://www.freeoz.org/forum/images/common/back.gif

Beijing citizens have been told not to pick their noses, yawn or scratch their heads when talking to foreigners during the Olympics.;P 原帖由 喜鹊 于 20-7-2008 19:07 发表 http://www.freeoz.org/forum/images/common/back.gif
