下岗再就业_TAFE课程已经到B喽_24楼Beauty Therapist
一想到在OZ即将面临的下岗再就业我就害怕，这也是我迟迟下不了移民决心的一个很重要的原因。不过，既然已经选择了移民那么就要积极准备，无论是心里上还是身体上都要做好吃苦耐劳的准备。我一直在考虑到了OZ自己能做什么，想来想去还是觉得有必要回到学校里学一项本领，读MASTER吧从时间成本、经济成本上来说我都无法承受，所以唯一的选择好像只剩下TAFE了，这个是可以短、平、快的解决问题的方法。
决定了去TAFE读书后，剩下的问题就是选择课程了，这也是最关键的一个问题，直接影响到以后的就业和职业发展。我是lady，所以选择的范围就有了局限性，象汽车维修、水管工、brick layer之类的工作就无法从事了（主要是体力不行啊），在网上看了一下大多数女士的选择都是account,child care,age care之类的，不是说这些课程不好，但是我担心这些热门课程读的人多了恐怕工作也不是那么好找了，而且也想扩大选择的范围，所以我在TAFE网站上以字母顺序开始一个一个的筛选了，鉴于我一个人知识范围很有限，所以我想将我筛选出来的专业与大家来讨论，希望能集思广益，给大家提供一个交流的平台，为我们的下岗再就业开拓思路。
可能有些人说：还是要看自己的兴趣来选择职业。这样说的人很可能是是理想主义者吧，我如果能按照我的兴趣来择业的话，那会是这样的：我穿着卡其裤，白色衬衫，高高的卷起袖口，戴着软边儿的草帽，左手拿着小刷子，右手拿着小铲子，半跪在地上一寸一寸的在土里挖掘，镜头往上推。。。往上推。。。我的位置是在一个诺大的埃及法老的墓地里或者是秦始皇陵里。。。。是的，这是我喜欢的工作，做一个考古学家，想想看你触摸到的文物是千年前的古人用过的，经历了千年岁月的交替，这些古物似乎都有了灵性。。。。这些都是浪漫的想法，可是现实是我得找份靠谱的工作养活自己和家人。所以，现在我只能坐在电脑前纸上谈兵的选择我未来的职业。
好了，现在言归正传，我先说说我筛选这些课程的一些想法吧，就像前面说过的我是女的，所以需要体力的专业我没有选择，还有一些浪漫的工作我也没选择，比如：actor之类的，我选择这些课程的原则是我希望它是一份办公室或者是室内的工作，最好是能学到一技之长，我觉得我们今天之所以要面临下岗再就业就是因为我们没有一技傍身走遍天下，所以我对那些technician之类的工作格外感兴趣。
还有一个影响因素就是不同的课程性质，有些课程是Statement of Attainment，我找到的解释是：A Statement of Attainment is issued by a Registered Training Organisation when an individual has completed one or more units of competency from nationally recognised qualification(s)/courses(s) (revised 2007). Although not itself an AQF qualification, it may be counted towards one later从字面上看就是说此类课程只是证实了一个人学过这些课程而已。
有些课程是TAFE PLUS courses，TAFE PLUS courses are ideal for those seeking training for career advancement or who need to meet changing job requirements.这些课程是那些正在相关领域工作而想进一步深造的人读的课程。
所以我选择的课程都是AQF课程，而AQF的含义是这样的The AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) is a nationally agreed framework which identifies the qualifications available in three sectors of education: schools, vocational education and training, and higher education.
它的分级是这样的：

What is the difference between accounting clerk, accounting technician and bookkeeper?
Accounting is where you would try and forecast the future income based on the past income.
Bookkeeping is simply recording exactly how much comes in and how much goes out.

个人观点：
根据这份OUTLOOK的报告来看，从事Account clerk的人只需要Certificate II就可以了，但是这是不是指可以做Bookkeeper了而不是做AR或AP，我甚至很怀疑我们从TAFE学完Financial Services (Accounting) - Certificate III和IV是否有资格做AR或者是AP，是不是只有学完Diploma或者是Advanced Diploma才能做AR或AP呢？我从yahoo上查到有的网友说：“…without a degree, you won't get far, where opportunitites will not open in your way”我觉得他说的很有道理，如果没有文凭的话机会会少很多。

从job outlook网上查到的Accountant职业的skill level上看从事会计工作起码要有学士学位bachelor degree or higher qualification，但是TAFE课程里的Advanced Diploma毕业也没有bachelor degree吧，那么读完Advanced Diploma课程是可以做accountant的吗还是也只能做AR/AP 或者Senior AR/AP？请知道的TZ指教

按照我的理解CAD绘图员只管按设计思想去画图，且不管什么图（包括建筑、IT、给排水等等），这只是一个掌握了CAD软件使用技术的基层技术人员，他画哪个领域的图都可以，不知道我这个理解是否正确？请从事这个行业的TZ上来讲讲啊！

这个职业的年薪是4万多，我估计税后就3万多吧，如果在OZ一开始能找到年薪如此的工作还是很不错的，但是不知道这个职业的发展空间怎样？如果成为熟练的CAD绘图员是否年薪会增加到5－6万？还是一直都是4万多，如果想发展是只能往设计师方向发展吗？请知道的TZ指教啊
读这个专业应该不只是当个绘图员吧，可是从它的职业介绍来看好像就是绘图和做模型的样子(不过从它的课程设置来看没看到有CAD的课程啊，郁闷ING)，如果只当绘图员的话是不是读个CERTIFICATE就行呢？因为我还看到了有这么一个课程：Detail Drafting - Certificate III，课程描述是：This course is for apprentices who work in a drawing office. 这个课程好像是对房屋进行评估的，我从yahoo上找了一下，有人这么说：
Building surveyor literally inspects and surveys buildings and structures，但是有人说这可能不是一个好专业，因为Not a particular good profession unless you have the aptitude / command of the English language and knowledge of law to enter into contract administration / management。我觉得她/他说的有道理似的，如果想做surveyor需要有很强的沟通能力、写报告的能力还要了解相关法律知识

我看中这个专业是因为它说完成这个课程再工作几年我就可以成为这个领域里的Certified Professionals，这对我很有诱惑力哦，因为成为专业人士岂不是就意味着可以不担心会失业了？先沾沾自喜一下。

不知道如今有了GPS之类的先进工具这个专业是否还有“钱途”

mining surveying的解释是这样的
Surveying in mining serves several purposes:
1. Geophysical surveys indicate where ore/minerals are most likely to be found. Surveyors guide the mining operations to those locations.

我都有点儿不敢相信啊，没有工作经验的internal auditor居然年薪能到7万多？！这工作的“钱”途不会如此光明吧？！我在seekjob上看到招聘有1年工作经验的人，年薪是55000到65000 package,如果是CIA（Certified Internal Auditor）或者是CISA（Certified Information Systems Auditor)应该就更高了。

无论是从英文网站还是中文网站上查到的信息都表明，审计是与会计紧密结合的。我看到有一些拿了CPA的人也有去考CIA的。所以，如果想成为内部审计师这个TAFE恐怕只能作为起点，等积累了一些经验后得考个CIA才可以啊，但是矛盾的是如果你不是CIA可能很难找到internal auditor的工作吧。
