contractor vs permanent

As a contractor, pay rate ishigh, but it is also high risk due to short term.

contractor gets pay by the hour , no entitlements like annual leave and sick leave etc

Permanent normally has less pay but have entitlement benefits

原因是大家要准备钱付房子的首期款，Contrator的收入高些，能加快积累的速度，一旦稳定下来了，一般都希望做Permanent。

subcontractor 作完就没你事了和contractor 一点关系都没有，permanent 老板要付加班工资, annual leave 和 sick leave，各种保险，养老金，还有带薪年价。如果要解雇一个permanent，要给钱什么名目我忘了，工作年限越长越多。这可是一笔大钱阿。不过我喜欢自由自在的contractor，有工作就拼命作完， 作完就拼命休息。赫赫
