Freeoz工作室的简历样本(目前不提供修改，历史记录仅供参考)
声明： 因为现版主不是HR，非专业人士，不能提供原来服务，但此贴还是具有很强的参考价值，所以还是翻出来了。Freeoz是一个互助性的赴澳移民社区，倡导的是我为人人，人人为我的服务精神。鉴于此，我们开设了蕾蕾简历工作室，希望能尽我们的绵薄之力，帮助大家熟悉简历的写法，尽早在澳生根落地。工作室自4.27号开张以来，已有四个月，改正简历六十余封，涵盖行业涉及IT，会计，行政，市场，建筑等，均有相关实例及修改意见可供大家借鉴。而且目前收到需要修改的简历，大多数也都是雷同的问题，要提修改意见也都非常重复。
因此相信只要您把简历工作室十余页贴子全部通读后，您对于简历的写法已经可以成竹在胸，自己可以修改出完善的简历了。
另外为了鼓励大家发扬freeoz精神，更多的去帮助别的需要帮助的新移民朋友，多多发言，发精品贴，也为了照顾简历工作室成员自己的繁忙工作，我们将对简历工作室的准入规则做一个小小的修正。
自9月1日起，我们将只受理发贴数在400贴以上，或有一个及一个以上精品贴的会员的简历修改。

如何改好一份简历
写好一份简历说简单也简单，说复杂也复杂。关键看你是否有一个好的方法去写。有些人把自己的经历罗列出来，然后丢给其他人或职业中介去改。以为这样就可以得到一份好的简历把自己卖出去。无疑这样的做法是对自己的不负责任。外人能做的只是帮你修饰一下你的格式以及根据我们的经验指出你可以improve的地方，一般来说指出来的只是通用的错误而已。没有一个人比你更了解你自己，比你更知道你做过什么和想做什么。要想你的简历与众不同，只有你自己才能改好你的简历。写一份好的简历一般有这样几个步骤.第一步是罗列你所有的经历完成初稿。你可以用你专业的关键词搜索找工网站，看看应该如何professional地描述你的工作职责。同时注意你简历的格式是否符合通用的要求。怎么样的格式才能最大限度地突出你的特长，隐藏你的弱点。比如有些朋友有当地的学历，没有当地的工作经历，那就要把学历放到工作经历前面去，突出你local的背景。有些人跳过很多公司，那就要注意特别详细描述最近两家公司的经历，并简要描述以前的经历，尽量避免看简历的人一眼就注意到你的跳槽经历。
第二步是挖掘闪光点。很多朋友的简历只是停留在第一步，看上去千篇一律，换个名字谁都可以用，这样的简历是不会被中介和雇主注意到的。挖掘闪光点是把你区别与其他竞争者的关键。你在过去的公司有过什么achievements, 做过什么项目，每一个技术是否有相关的past experience 和case去证明。与其他同业竞争者相比，你有什么优势。怎么突出你的优势。曾经看过一个朋友申请MBA的简历，她在IBM做的不过是一个customer service, 接订单的而已。但她把她的闪光点挖掘得很好，又是team leader, 又是top performance employee, 又是project management.写得好像整个sales, marketing and logistic team都是围着她转似的。当然，这是申请MBA时得一个极端的例子。不过，充分展示出自己的闪光点是一份好的简历所必须的。在挖掘闪光点的过程中，你也在为将来的面试准备了充足的材料。有人说我做的是非常routine的工作，没有achievements，那就完了。你自己都对你没有信心那怎么去求职呢? 任何一个职位都有performance的考评，这些考评的标准就是你评价自己的基础。基于这些标准，你想一想自己比同业竞争者有什么优势所在。另外，公司背景，技术知识，local学历等等，都可能成为你的闪光点。甚至volunteer的经历，pack packer的经历也是可以作为显示你个性的方面强调出来的。在这第二步中，要多走出去与熟悉你的人交流，从他人的眼中发掘你的闪光点。 同时也要多上网找资料，看看你所准备申请的职位需要什么样的人才，你有什么闪光点是和他们的要求相符合的。这一步只有熟悉你的人才能够帮你。一个职业的改简历中介，则需要和你一起坐下来交流，spend time to guide you。帮你挖掘自己的闪光点。这也是为什么有收费的改简历中介的道理了。
第三步是修饰用语，保证用词的positive和effective。简历中的用词需要positive，尽量避免negative的用词。比如was awarded as top sales rep就应该改成won Top Sales Rep Award; Joined XX project team就应该改成acted as a key team member in XX project. 此外，简历中的用语要简练并有效。逐句逐句地改，问自己，这句话我到底想给对方传达什么样的信息，是否有更简略的说法。对于一些专用名字，尽量要简单易懂。对于Achievements, 要用achieved WHAT by WHICH means 的写法。尽量用数字描述。比如在几个月内，或提前几个月完成什么项目；应收帐款达完成率到多少％等等。
以上三步只是给了你一个简历的模版，根据申请职位的不同，还需要进一步修饰你的简历。这就是第四步：根据广告Customize你的简历。（这里涉及到读广告的技巧，以后有机会详述。）有些人一封简历打天下，这无疑又是太对不起你自己了。工作职责中肯定有不同的侧重点，很少有申请的职位是正好perfect match你过去的经历的。所以要对你的简历做一些微调，删除不相关的东西，把相关的东西放到job description的前面几行去。在skill summary中突出对方想要的skill。另外，尽量多用广告中的关键词改写简历。让对方在读你的简历时满眼看到他想看的词，这样就增加了你成功的可能。
第五步是在实战中调整。在与中介面试和接触时，可以询问他们对你的简历的建议，不断地improve你的简历，以适应local的要求。
最后，简历不是万能的，只是对你职业经历的包装而已。再好的包装，如果没有内在还是会出洋相的。所以，比简历更重要的是你自己长期的职业生涯设计。只有一个好的职业生涯发展计划，才能保证你的简历言之有物，言之有理。改简历是一个对自己过去经历回顾的过程。在改简历时多想一想，除了要找一份工作以外，自己长期的职业发展想做什么，有什么计划，该怎么发展。

1。 你得职业目标不应该是增加自己得知识。公司PAY你是让你用自己得知识干活得，不是给你学习得。2.personal profile要提上来，里面个人得竞争点还没有突出，比如MQ得硕士，LOCAL的工作经验（做过澳洲公司的项目），丰富的市场调查经验和技巧。你现在写的sofeskill太多，没有用的，这些话套在谁身上都能说。
3。你主要的工作经历是偏marketing research的，。Philp的工作经验要修改，因为和reseach有点偏了，而且是第一个公司，所以一眼看去不是做research的，再往后面看就有点糊涂了。IPSOS是行业有名的大公司，要进一步强调你在里面做的项目。最好能有项目清单说清楚怎么做research,做了什么research，每个research用了什么方法,比如做focus group, 还是做in-dept interview.这样比你列出几个市场调查的method来更有说服力。广告的那段经历看上去好像是偏做event的，但与你整个经历不付，除非你申请event agency行业，否则建议再淡化。
4。整个简历achievements没有，只是列出“做过什么”，没有说“做好了什么”。所以建议写项目清单
5。英语语法错误很多，工作描述建议用过去时，同时，里面不应该有短句。
总之，你的经历有点杂，有marketing reseach agency ,有event agency，还有客户端的marketing intelligence。注意你投客户端做marketing research和投marketing research agency的工作简历侧重点要不同。

老大卫珠玉在前,我几乎没有发挥的余地,
我补充一点吧.
最好能在加上你的marketing reserach的针对产品,search的范围, 项目的时间.
我找过这样的位置,一般客户会对以上几点有所要求.
另外我也建议针对不同的公司强化不同的产品.

market intelligence的级别高于marketing research. 一般下属有marketing research, competitor analysis, market planning等部门,有事还负责把global的经验运用到local来.所以不要怕人看不懂.但问题是同样做marketing research,客户端和代理端多少有不同的,这偶想你在自己工作中应该有体会.举一个例子,在agency端你需要根据客户给你的brief写brief给你下面的2级agency,这个brief的写法就是客户端的人不会的.客户端的比较偏重做什么,为什么要做.代理端的比较偏重怎么做, 内行的人还是会在呼你到底是做哪一方面的.

１．把地址和PR删掉，专门列出PR来反而让人注意到你是新移民这个劣势，至于地址属于私人隐私
２．简历的结构错了
第一部分应该是PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY，以单列行一条条列出你的情况，比如多少年工作经验，某某认证等等
第二部分应该是Tech Skills，根据Job Description有针对性的以单列行一条条列出你会做什么
以上部分放在第一页
我的经验是很少有人真的会去看你第二页的东西．
第三部分应该是PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE，以段落详细的列出你的职业经历，时间，机型等约具体越能表现出你的专业性
这部分通常是第二页到第三页
最后两部分才是
EDUCATION BACKGROUND和PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
一定不要把教育放在最前面，你已经不是毕业生了．

１．地址问题
我是不写的，这是出于对个人隐私的考虑．
地址＋生日＋姓名，如果不幸再被人知道了信用卡号之类的会有很大麻烦．而我的简历一旦以电子文档形式发出去后就不受我控制了．
我个人的经验目前都是中介主动告诉我工作地点，由我来选择是否申请．
２．ＰＲ问题
我觉得这是一个Common Sense的问题，如果没有工作许可当然是不可能申请工作的．
就好比我和人讲自己的优点的时候我不会专门讲我会说英语，懂怎么坐火车，这些都是大家默认应该会的．如果专门列出来，反而显得与众不同．
当然这些都是个人主观的看法，仅供参考，并不是标准答案：） 希望再参考leily 和老大卫 两位的意见，集思广益，然后修改出一份比较合符要求的。 请几位老大帮我改改。因为主要要找开发类的职位，所以强调技术方面的工作经历。管理方面的职责职位，都隐去了。这个是用seek的模版写的，格式，顺序，都是模板生成的。我实在没有写简历的经验，外加英语垃圾。几位多帮忙改改。谢谢！
