Yes you can book a uber at home. Uber uses GPS to calculate how much you should pay. you don't even need to specify a destination when you book a car.

Just make sure the driver close this trip before you get off car then it will be fine.

下载Uber app, 注册账号, 然后输入捆绑信用卡账号以便付车资. 可以在家选好起点和终点...预订成功后2-3分钟车就在家门口等啦. 到达目的地后app里边会显示此次车资, 然后可以给司机打分(司机也会给乘客打分的).
