澳洲技校多吗？我想考个当地承认的焊接证书方便吗

虽然在EA评估的工程师，但自己实在没什么一技之长，想着过去后做个电焊，目前在国内也在学烧电焊。不知道到那边后这种类似的技校好找吗？电焊工在那边好不好找工作？有了解这块的请分享一下，谢谢。

Good idea. There are a lot of TAFE campus, where you can study welding and fabrication.
I am a mechanical engineer in a railwary company. I spent 3 years( part time-evening class)to finish certificate 3-Engineering(Fabricatio trade). I got my certificate IV-engineering this year. The trade qualification is definitely good to your career, whether as engineer, designer or boilermaker.

Thanks for the sharing . I would like to study welding/ construction equipment operating or welding inspecting (NDT) after i arrive in Australia. Your info is really useful.

I have got MIG and TIGwelding ticket too. You need to spend one night per week for one year in TAFE.
Then, you might finish one welding ticket. I am studying STICK welding ticket in tafe. When I finish, I have enough points to get Diploma of Engineering- Advanced trade. For I have bachelor degree of mechanical engineering, many units can be recognized by TAFE, such drafting, design. Otherwise, I might need 4 or 5 years to get my certificate 3. There is a lot of welding job, if you are a good welder. It is easy to get a job.
